We are now coming to the end of our second week of the 30 Day Paleo Challenge and if you are all like I was in my first challenge you are probably getting sick of always going for the nut snacks. It is so easy to overdue it on the nuts (which doesn't help with weight loss) with all the nut bars, nut muffins, nut flours ect... so this week I tempt you with an awesome alternative to the nuts with this fabulous recipe from PaleoTable.com, Sweet Potato Recover Bars!
Pick up some organic sweet potatoes at the Fruit Bowl, wash them, cut them in half and roast them in your oven at 450 for 20-25 minutes and you will put together the most awesome no nut bar you have ever had! Enjoy!!
