I'm always on the hunt for good and fast meals that are crowd pleasers and when our friend Tara sent me this recipe it wowed everyone! I made this for New Years Eve for the family with a side of kale chips from our local Fresh Harvest and spent more time with my family than I did in the kitchen... you would have thought I spent hours preparing...Gotta Love that!
